The corporation has a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Executive Administrator and such other officers as the Board of Directors may appoint and the President is the Chief Executive Officer of the corporation. The corporation is an Equal Opportunity Higher Education Research Institute.
RIM's privatization structure is determined not to be carried off in the traditional maelstrom of immense university overheads generated by social and sports entertainments and multiple layered corporational bureaucracies by being very small, plastic and a highly specialized seat of learning. |
